"This is the first major office lease transaction in Lansing's south submarket in years," says Dennis Blue, director of corporate support services with JNL. "CB Richard Ellis overcame the sluggish market and delivered a quality tenant. Hopefully, this will be a springboard for future transactions in Corporate Centre."
Tier Technologies, based in Reston, VA, will use the space to fulfill its contract with the state family independence agency as a processing and customer services center for child support cases. The company, which handles child support payments for nine other states, will bring 150 new jobs to the area.
