While financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed, Thomas Minton and Gray Randolph of real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis market the space on behalf of KBS for $15 per sf.

Situated at 525 Butler Farm Rd. within the Hampton Roads Center corporate office park just off I-64, Hampton III is close to TNCC's main campus on Thomas Nelson Dr. The school will reportedly utilize the extra space to add eight new classrooms, as well as faculty offices and a lounge. With TNCC's expansion, Hampton III is now 72% occupied.
