Now chief executive officer and chairman of Triton Pacific Investment Management, Zink left Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp., where he rose to vice chairman and chief financial officer. He oversaw $8 billion in acquisitions and development deals for the office and industrial REIT.

Davis has been lead investment banker for more than $8.5 billion in deals for Triton Pacific Capital, LLC since 1996. He is president and chairman of Triton Pacific Investment Management.

Hurd, now Triton Pacific Investment Management's chief investment officer and treasurer, oversaw the investment of more than $4 billion while at GE Real Estate.

However, the strike zone is much smaller now for Triton Pacific Investment Management, as it targets deals in the $10 million to $25 million range.
