CBRE will also provide strategic planning, master planning, and other consulting services to the provider of risk management insurance and insurance brokerage, human capital and management consulting. The firm will also help to assess its occupancy strategy.
Steven Swerdlow, president, corporate services, for the CBRE's Global Corporate Services, notes that local market experience combined with multimarket capabilities were key points for AON. He expects that experience will "result in efficient and effective solutions for Aon." Gregg Shutan, senior managing director, GCS, will oversee the account. Ray Mazzocco is responsible for transaction management and day-to-day oversight, assisted by Robert Weber, Christopher Reynolds, and Mark Pasquella.
