Kidde PLC, a provider of fire and safety products, leased 7,436 sf and was represented by Paul Leone of the Trammell Crow Co. Aspen Systems Inc., an employee-owned global technology company, took 1,975 sf and was represented by Megan Clark of Cushman & Wakefield.
Technical documentation services firm Kudos Information Inc. leased 2,650 sf and was represented by Tim Fossett of RW Holmes Realty. Flomerics Inc., a simulation software provider, leased 6,820 sf and was represented by Jayson Rhuda of Mohr Partners.
Camiant Inc., a venture capital-funded firm, expanded its space to 14,363 sf, taking an additional 5,705 sf. Camiant was represented by Greg Hoffmeister of T3 Realty. Boston Mutual Life Insurance Co. leased 2,483 sf, and was represented by Gary Holmes of RW Holmes Realty.
