One Liberty Center Is Ready for Occupancy

ARLINGTON, VA-The 550,000-sf One Liberty Center has reached completion, courtesy of the handiwork of Clark Construction Group LLC, which took on the role of general contractor on the class A office project two years ago. About 98% of the 13-story high-rise will be occupied by the federal government, with employees of the Office of Naval Research and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research accounting for much of the tenant roster.

The $47 million building is just one facet of what will ultimately be a 1.1 million-sf mixed-use development owned by Ballston Investor Group I. Situated at the corner of N. Randolph St. and N. Ninth St on a parcel that had been the site of three 1960s era office buildings and a small apartment structure, One Liberty Center also features a five-level underground parking facility.
