TEMPE, AZ-Microsemi Corp. has worked out a two-year lease for a 13,972-sf, freestanding building in Broadway Industrial Park.

The Irvine, CA- based semiconductor manufacturer needed overflow space for its Scottsdale location. The plan calls for an immediate takeover of 1245 W. Geneva Dr., says Cameron Boyd, an associate with Ross Brown Partners Inc. She, Rick Collins and Curtis Brown represented the building owner, Denver-based Dividend Capital Trust, in negotiations that produced a lease valued at $168,000.
