The bolt and gasket maker's team will move in immediately to 4747 S. Pinemont Dr. "The company is doing well and saw that Houston is an under-served market for the products they supply," says Ryan Cropper, a marketing associate with Vantage Cos.' Houston office. He tells GlobeSt.com that Houston Bolt & Gasket committed to a three-year pact.
"They wanted to be close to Highway 290 and Beltway 8 for quick in and out," Cropper explains. "The Pinemont building offers good identity and access."
The two-building Pinemont Center's space is quoted at $6 per sf gross. The five-year-old development, totaling 69,750 sf, is fully leased with the latest lease, according to Cropper. He and Walter Menuet, also with Vantage Cos., represented the local building owner, Sutherland Properties Inc. Steve Adkisson and Steve Cooper with local brokerage firm, National Realty Group, bargained the deal for the Houston newcomer.
