Houston Newcomer Pens Three-Year Industrial Pact

HOUSTON-Cowtown Bolt & Gasket of Fort Worth taps 10,125 sf of office/warehouse space in Pinemont Center for its first site in the metro. The firm, hanging a shingle with Houston in the name, is planning an immediate move-in.

HOUSTON-A bolt and gasket company from Fort Worth has decided to expand into the Houston market, leasing 10,125 sf of office/warehouse space in Pinemont Center. The company, Cowtown Bolt & Gasket Co. LP, has dubbed its local operations, Houston Bolt & Gasket Co. LP.

The bolt and gasket maker’s team will move in immediately to 4747 S. Pinemont Dr. “The company is doing well and saw that Houston is an under-served market for the products they supply,” says Ryan Cropper, a marketing associate with Vantage Cos.’ Houston office. He tells GlobeSt.com that Houston Bolt & Gasket committed to a three-year pact.
