Huttig Opens 73,000-SF Distribution Center

BROOKLYN PARK, MN-The St. Louis-based building products distributor's new center is its first in Minnesota and 45th overall. It will serve customers in a 150-mile radius around the Twin Cities.

BROOKLYN PARK, MN-Huttig Building Products says it has opened a 73,000-sf production and distribution center at 7700 68th Ave. North. St. Louis-based Huttig Building Products is a large distributor of millwork, building materials and wood products used principally in new residential construction and in home improvement, remodeling and repair work.

Huttig distributes its products through 45 distribution centers serving 47 states. The company’s wholesale distribution centers sell principally to building materials dealers, national buying groups, home centers and industrial users, including makers of manufactured homes.

The new facility is Huttig’s first in Minnesota. The facility will include product lines of building materials and wood products. The new production and distribution center will serve customers within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities area.
