Transwestern's appointment was made by new property owner Multi-Employer Property Trust, which acquired the property a few months ago for $60.5 million. The campus features a 180,000-sf office structure, a 132,000-sf flex building and three pad sites that can be developed with up to 500,000 sf of additional space.

Located off Interstate 270 at 12410 Milestone Center Dr., Milestone Business Park is a class A property that was completed in 2002. The existing space is nearly fully leased. Tenants include telecommunications services provider Acterna, which occupies the entire flex facility; Education Solutions/ACS State and Local Solutions, which signed a 10-year lease on 96,600 sf of office space in October; and Weatherbug, an Internet climate alert service that leased 54,200 sf under a five-year agreement in November. Transwestern is marketing the office space for $25 per-sf, full-service.
