New Leasing Team Takes Reins at Milestone

GERMANTOWN, MD-There is a new team running the show at Milestone Business Park. Senior vice presidents Bobby Kravitz & Keith Foery of Transwestern Commercial Services have been tapped as the exclusive leasing and management agents for the 36.5-acre office campus.

Transwestern’s appointment was made by new property owner Multi-Employer Property Trust, which acquired the property a few months ago for $60.5 million. The campus features a 180,000-sf office structure, a 132,000-sf flex building and three pad sites that can be developed with up to 500,000 sf of additional space.
