Highwood Office Park is a three-building 278,000-sf class A facility that was acquired by Berwind Property Group last month from ELV Associates for $24 million. Mirror Image is the first significant tenant signed to the facility since the acquisition, which had a 43% occupancy rate at the time of its purchase. Other tenants at the park include Motorola, Arbella Insurance, SBC Communications and Softech. The park is located at the interchange of Route 133 and Interstate 495.

Hunter Emerson of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partner represented Mirror Image, while BPG Properties represented themselves. BPG has appointed Meredith & Grew as leasing agent for the property in future transactions.
