It is the second time in a month that AG Edwards relocated a Bay State branch. The firm, which has eight branches in the state, moved its Newton branch to the Wellesley Office Park in March.
One Clearwater Circle is a three-story 27,100-sf office building and AG Edwards is currently the sole tenant. The building is one of 13 located in the Assinippi Office Park, a 436,000-sf facility here that is home to Kluwer Academic Publishers; Tuzik Boston, a surgical products manufacturer; and NetSci, a US subsidiary of the Ares Serono Group. Located near Route 3, just off Route 128, the park's nearby amenities include retail, hotels and restaurants.
Cushman & Wakefield senior directors J. P. Plunkett and Catherine Minnerly brokered the transaction for the building's owners, Davis Property Group, LLC.
