MINNEAPOLIS-Houston-based Hines Interests recently hired the Minneapolis office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker to handle leasing for a portion of vacant space–about 85,000 sf–in the US Bank Plaza building. Hines, which had been handling the leasing itself, wants to fill four floors in the Downtown building, which was formerly called the Pillsbury Center.

US Bank Plaza, which is located at 200 S. Sixth St., has 41,444 sf of contiguous space on floors 16 and 17, and 43,392 sf of contiguous space on floors 31 and 32. Hines still has another 110,000 sf of vacant space available in the 1.3 million sf building, but will continue to handle leasing for that space itself.
