GameLogic, a developer of multi-player interactive games, signed a four-year sublease at the park for 14,000 sf with tenant BMC Software. The company moved from a similar-sized space at 139 Main St. in Cambridge, but the new space is more efficiently laid out, according to John Boyle, principal at Trammel Crow Co. "GameLogic wanted to improve the quality of their environment, ensure that they got a good amenity package in the building and free and abundant parking, and they were able to achieve this with a long term sublease at very attractive rates," he says.

Waltham Woods is comprised of two three-story class A buildings totaling 391,654 sf. Amenities include an atrium and conferencing and exercise facilities, with a parking ratio 3.3/1,000 per sf. The office park is 100% leased, with some sublease space available.

Boyle, principal Mike Brown and VP Jim Boyle of Trammel Crow represented GameLogic, while SVP Keith Gurtler, also of Trammell Crow, represented BMC Software.
