Paul Sevenich, Kraus-Anderson's director of leasing and marketing, says the property will be "particularly attractive" for medical practices. As evidence for that, he cites the Center for Reproductive Medicine, the building's first tenant. The Center for Reproductive Medicine last month moved into 4,368 sf.

In keeping with what the developers call the "elegant or luxurious" neighborhood, the office building features an Italianate exterior, and is landscaped with a pond, walkout patios and walking paths. The office building and is being leased and managed by Kraus-Anderson Realty Co., which has assigned Sevenich and Gary Ryan, an office leasing specialist, to the project. Kraus-Anderson officials declined to disclose the cost of construction, although they did say that there was no public funding on the project.
