Engineering Firm Signs Long-Term Lease for 70% Expansion

HOUSTON-After searching nearly four months, ENGlobal Corporate Services Inc. will relocate the executive team into 33,759 sf of class B office space in Bridgewood I. The firm will take over the top floor of the four-story building in July.

HOUSTON-ENGlobal Corporate Services Inc. has inked a long-term lease for 33,759 sf of class B office space in Bridgewood I, driving a relocation in July of its corporate headquarters team.

The engineering firm, which is a subsidiary of locally based public company ENGlobal Corp., will expand by 70% with the move to 654 N. Sam Houston Parkway E. The team presently occupies 20,000 sf of flex space at 600 Century Plaza Dr., says Robert Bantly, a vice president with Grubb & Ellis Co.’s local office. He represented ENGlobalCorporate Services in the transaction. The building owner, KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA, was represented by Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips with Houston-based PM Realty Group.
