TCC Nabs One Riverway Assignment

HOUSTON-Steve Rocher and Dave Hanusa with Trammell Crow Co. beat out incumbent Transwestern Commercial Services Inc. to handle leasing of the 481,222-sf, 92%-leased trophy in the Galleria submarket.

HOUSTON-Just a couple of weeks after the deed changes hands, new owner Beverly Hills, CA-based UniLev Capital Corp. has selected a Trammell Crow Co. team to handle the leasing of the 481,222-sf One Riverway.

TCC senior vice president Steve Rocher and vice president Dave Hanusa won the nod. Brad Sinclair of Transwestern Commercial Services Inc.’s local office previously had the assignment. He was not available for comment on the changing of the guard at One Riverway Dr. in the Galleria submarket.
