"Before deciding on Harbor Corporate Center, we searched Boston's key markets, including Back Bay, the central business district, South Station, North Station, and the Fort Point Channel for the distinctive space our client was looking for," says Hoar in a statement.
Harbor Corporate Center is a five-story, 111,000-sf building that was recently redeveloped and went through gut rehab and extensive renovation and features a two-story glass atrium. With the lease, the building is now approximately 70% occupied.
