Loudoun Gateway III is one of five buildings in Alter's five-structure, 39-acre Loudoun Gateway Corporate Center, which sits within the greater Loudoun Gateway Business Park. Carrying the address of 45200 Business Court, it is located off the Dulles Toll Rd., or Rte. 267, just minutes from the Washington Dulles International Airport.
The three-story building is home to the corporate headquarters of FLYi Inc., formerly known as Atlantic Coast Airlines Holdings Inc., the operator of the Independence Air. The business park is also home to Internet service provider America Online, which committed to 154,000 sf of space in two buildings last summer.
