Two-thirds of the one- and two-bedroom units, which are priced from $209,900 to $429,900, have been sold. Units are expected to be available for occupancy later this year. Also, Paoli's real estate brokerage will occupy 16,000 sf, which in addition to the usual office amenities, will include an exercise room for his 100 agents.

The building is being constructed at the corner of Northwest Highway and Harlem Avenue, and also is bounded by the Metra commuter rail tracks. The traffic count is about 40,000 vehicles a day.
