Broder & Sachse is responsible for protecting the asset during the receivership period, says Richard Broder, Broder & Sachse president. "We're improving the properties' physical condition and working to make sure the existing tenants are satisfied. We're also actively seeking new tenants," Broder explains.
"One of Broder & Sachse's very first property management assignments was a similar situation for the same client, a national financial institution," Broder says. Broder & Sachse currently manages more than 60 properties consisting of more than 6.5 million sf.
