Medical Buildings Go Into Receivership

FLINT, MI-Broder & Sachse Real Estate is in charge of property management services as well as leasing at the two-building, 38,000-sf Bristol Medical Buildings.

FLINT, MI-The Bristol Medical Buildings, a 24,000-sf property at 7057 Bristol and a 14,000-sf property at 7067 Bristol, are in receivership. Broder & Sachse Real Estate has been appointed receiver for the pair of buildings and will provide property management services as well as oversee leasing.

Broder & Sachse is responsible for protecting the asset during the receivership period, says Richard Broder, Broder & Sachse president. “We’re improving the properties’ physical condition and working to make sure the existing tenants are satisfied. We’re also actively seeking new tenants,” Broder explains.
