Occupancy at the three-building, 14-year-old office complex was most recently 74%. Overall vacancy in the eastern end of the East-West Corridor was most recently 17%, according to Delta Associates. The center has undergone $2 million in renovations, with a deli, fitness center, conference center and 24-hour security among the additions.

Grubb & Ellis senior vice presidents Sven Sykes and Tom Volini represented Matson Integrated Logistics, which provides rail, long haul and intermodal services. GVA Williams senior managing director Dave Trumpy represented Glenborough Fund XI, a private office REIT.
