Matson Takes 21,914 SF at Corporate Center

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL-Matson Integrated Logistics, Inc. takes the seventh floor at one of three buildings in the Oakbrook Terrace Corporate Center, owned by Glenborough Fund XI.

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL-Matson Integrated Logistics, Inc. has signed a 21,914-sf lease for the seventh floor of Oakbrook Terrace Corporate Center III at 1815 S. Meyers Rd., one of three buildings owned by Glenborough Fund XI, LLC. Although terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at the property are $14.50 per sf.

Occupancy at the three-building, 14-year-old office complex was most recently 74%. Overall vacancy in the eastern end of the East-West Corridor was most recently 17%, according to Delta Associates. The center has undergone $2 million in renovations, with a deli, fitness center, conference center and 24-hour security among the additions.
