ROSEMONT, IL-SBC Long Distance has renewed a 102,000-sf lease at Teacher’s Insurance & Annuity Association’s Columbia Centre III building at 9525 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. The telephone company runs a long distance call center at the nine-story, 16-year-old building, where it has 43% of the space.

Although terms were not disclosed, asking net lease ratesat the building are $12 per sf. Trammell Crow Company’s Doug Shehan and Norm Murdoch represented New York-based TIAA, owner of the building since 1998, in negotiations with Dave Stefancic of Equis Corp.
