OCEANSIDE, CA-Henry's Farmers Market has signed a lease for an undisclosed amount whereby the market chain will occupy 27,500 sf of space at Mission Marketplace. Located in Oceanside on the northwest corner of Highway 76 and College Blvd., Henry's will join other tenants such as Rite Aid, Big Lots!, Big K-Mart, Hancock Fabrics and Cinema Star Movie Theater. John Hickman, managing director of the San Diego division from NewMark Merrill Companies LLC, and Brad Pearl, vice president of leasing and development led negotiations with Henry's Farmers Market and agreed to the lease for the market chain to occupy space at the 344,655-sf Mission Marketplace. Founded in San Diego, Henry's Farmers Market is owned and operated by Wild Oats Markets Inc. They currently have 25 locations throughout California and Arizona and are expected to open in Mission Marketplace in the first half of 2006."We are thrilled to add Henry's to our outstanding assortment of tenants at Mission Marketplace. Mission Marketplace is managed by NewMark Merrill Companies LLC. In business since 1984, they have been involved in the management, acquisition and/or development of over 5 million sf. of shopping centers in over 30 cities.
