The recruiter's 1111 Bagby St. office holds teams that moved from 1200 Smith St., also in the downtown, and 2500 CityWest Blvd. in the Westchase submarket. Hudson Highland temporarily leased the two locations while it searched for a more permanent office site, according to according to Charles Giammalva in the Houston office for Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co.

Giammalva and Brian McMackin represented the New York City-based building owner, ING Clarion Realty Services. Stan Stratton and Jay Cliburn with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Houston office bargained for Hudson Highland Group, also New York City headquartered.

The staffing and executive search firm's lease brings Heritage Plaza to 83% occupancy. However, occupancy in the 53-story, 1.1-million-sf building will drop to 38% when ChevronTexaco moves to 1500 Louisiana St. The building, with space quoted at $11 per sf to $12.50 per sf, recently underwent a $3-million renovation.
