Recruiter Moves Into 5,850-SF Consolidation Location

HOUSTON-Hudson Highland Group Inc. sets up shop in class A-minus space in Heritage Plaza. The New York City-based staffing and executive search firm will put two offices under one roof with the move.

HOUSTON-Hudson Highland Group Inc.’s legal and engineering divisions have consolidated two offices into 5,850 sf of class A-minus space in Heritage Plaza. The divisions’ parent firm has signed a long-term lease for the 53-story CBD building.

The recruiter’s 1111 Bagby St. office holds teams that moved from 1200 Smith St., also in the downtown, and 2500 CityWest Blvd. in the Westchase submarket. Hudson Highland temporarily leased the two locations while it searched for a more permanent office site, according to according to Charles Giammalva in the Houston office for Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co.
