MESA, AZ-The University of Phoenix has stamped a 46,621-sf lease in an early renewal with a 9,000-sf expansion for Stapley Center. The long-term deal is valued at more than $7 million.

He, Dave Seeger and Mark Gustin, also in TCC’s local office, represented the owner, Dallas-based Invesco Realty Advisors. The University of Phoenix uses the 1620 S. Stapley Dr. building for administrative offices and classrooms.
