14-Screen Megaplex Planned for Woodfield South

HOLLY TOWNSHIP, MI-Emagine Entertainment, Inc. and Paragon Developments have announced they will partner for a new theatre in Holly Township next year.

HOLLY TOWNSHIP, MI-Emagine Entertainment, Inc. and Paragon Developments have announced plans to jointly develop and operate a 14-screen state-of-the-art theatre here next year. The venue will be located immediately south of Grand Blanc Township between I-75 and Dixie Highway.

The Emagine-branded 55,000 sf theatre will anchor the first phase of Paragon’s Woodfield South retail and mixed-use development. It is envisioned the theater will serve the rapidly growing southern Genesee and northern Oakland county markets, company officials say.
