Meanwhile, United Sorbents opted to lease 59,071 sf in neighboring West Chicago. The sorbent manufacturer signed a deal for the entire building at 1270 Nuclear Dr., owned by Batavia Land Co. Mike Androwich of Lee & Associates represented Batavia Land Co. while NAI Hiffman executive vice president Daniel P. Leahy, SIOR and associate Adam Roth handled negotiations for United Sorbents.
