NAPERVILLE-Thatcher Corp. has acquired a 30,184-sf building at 1150 Shore Rd. here, paying $1.8 million for the property that includes 3.3 acres in the Naperville Center for Commerce and Industry. Westmont-based Morgan Realty Fund sold the asset, which it acquired from CenterPoint Properties Trust for $1.2 million in 2000, according to property records.

NAI Hiffman executive vice presidents Anthony Burns; John F. Cash, SIOR; and Michael Flynn represented Thatcher Group, formed in 1999 by The Pampered Chef co-founder Jay Christopher. Adam Stokes of Nicholson Porter and List handled negotiations for Morgan Realty Fund.
