Quality Consolidating in 134,218 SF

WOOD DALE, IL-Quality Screw & Nut signs a 65,000-sf direct lease with Hamilton Partners as well as a 69,000-sf sublease with GE Medical at 1421 Mark St., which replaces four Bensenville locations.

WOOD DALE, IL-Quality Screw & Nut is consolidating operations now in four locations in neighboring Bensenville in favor of 134,218 sf at 1421 Mark St. The deal includes a sublease of 69,000 sf from GE Medical as well as a 65,000-sf new lease with Hamilton Partners.

Although terms were not disclosed, space in area is on the market at $4.50 per sf and up. Meanwhile, overall vacancy in the O’Hare submarket has increased to 10.3%, with another 407,771 sf under construction, according to Delta Associates’ most recent market report.
