Although terms were not disclosed, Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler is marketing the remaining 57,422 sf at the building at $4.75 per sf. Principal Jack H. Rosenberg, SIOR; vice president Steven A. Kohn and associate Frederick L. Regnery handled negotiations for Boston-based Cabot Properties, Inc., which bought the building in June. Jeff Holmes of Regional Realty represented Fashion Express.
Swingline/Acco Brands and Bowe, Bell & Howell already are tenants at the building. Fashion Express, which will move into the 29-year-old building in July, is consolidating operations now at another location in Wheeling as well as neighboring Buffalo Grove.
