International Travel Service has been at the property for 10 years. "We worked with ITS to negotiate an early renewal which resulted in a significant reduction in occupancy expenses," says Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler senior associate Christopher G. Further west, Midwest Sealing Products, Inc. signed an 18,472-sf lease for industrial and office space at Rose Group's 85,015-sf building 1001 Commerce Ct., located next to the Buffalo Grove Metra commuter rail station. Rose Group executive vice president Gregory B. Mast, CPM, CCIM handled negotiations for his company.
