HOUSTON-Law firm Adams & Coffey has signed a medium-term lease for 20,276 sf of class A space in 1010 Lamar St. The Beaumont, TX-based firm expanded by 7,166 sf and will relocate from the ninth floor to occupy the entire 18th floor and a portion of the 17thfloor.

The firm, which also is expanding in Dallas and recently opened an office in Corpus Christi, has hired three attorneys to occupy the expansion space, John Spafford, vice president of Houston-based PM Realty Group tells GlobeSt.com. He and Doug Little represented the building owner, KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA.
