With the assistance of Blake Real Estate's Steve Lustgarten and Steven Hochman, the law firm committed to the space under an 11-and-a-half year lease agreement with real estate services firm Trammell Crow, which represented owner VEF pension fund in the deal. Located near George Washington University, 2000 K St. is an eight-story structure that was developed nearly two decades ago.

Bracewell & Patterson, the building's largest occupant, is a charter tenant, having called the building home since its completion. The firm's new lease includes options for future expansion to accommodate company growth.
