SUGAR LAND, TX-Planned Community Developers Ltd. has tapped a 17-year professional to be its first director of retail leasing and sales.
Bruce Frankel will oversee the expansion of the 32-acre Sugar Land Town Square and manage leasing for the 190-acre Lake Pointe Town Center. Additionally, he will handle raw land sales.
Frankel joins Planned Community Developers from Houston-based Realm Realty where he spent four years managing leasing campaigns for power centers, grocery store-anchored centers and community shopping centers in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. Realm Realty COO Dexter Braband says Frankel will be replaced as soon as possible.
Prior to joining Realm Realty, Frankel was employed by Rockville, MD-based Federal Realty Investment Trust and Prime Retail Group of Baltimore, where he was involved in leasing more than 15 outlet centers with 4.5 million sf, including the Texas destination spots of San Marcos Factory Shops and Gainesville Factory Shops.
