Modern Manufacturing Getting 52,000-SF HQ

BROOKLYN PARK, MN-Modern Manufacturing & Engineering, a custom manufacturer serving the air, defense and commercial industries, hires Ryan Cos. to build its $5-million headquarters and manufacturing facility at 9380 Winnetka Ave.

BROOKLYN PARK, MN-Modern Manufacturing and Engineering, a local custom manufacturer serving the air, defense and commercial industries, has chosen Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos., to provide design-build services for its 52,000-sf facility. The $5-million building is part of the third addition of 610 Business Park.

The address of the building is 9380 Winnetka Ave., which is just across from CPU Options on Winnetka. “Working with just one company throughout the planning and construction process really simplifies what could have been a very confusing and difficult process,” says Hue Van Lien, president of Modern Manufacturing and Engineering. Ryan expects to complete the facility, will house both the offices and manufacturing space, by October.
