The Los Angeles-based residential mortgage banking firm will move into third-floor space at 410 W. 44th St. in mid-May, according to Tom Johnston, a director with Cushman and Wakefield of Arizona Inc. He and C&W's Michael Beall represented CMD Realty in the transaction. A Staubach Co. team--Thomas Turley in Los Angeles and John Pierson and Jim Sadler in Phoenix--steered the site search and negotiations for People's Choice Home Loan.
Johnston tells GlobeSt.com that People's Choice Home Loan wanted a central location in the Valley for its first office. The office will hold up to 60 employees.
The deal pushes occupancy to 92% in the 221,409-sf Three Gateway, owned by Chicago-based CMD Realty Investors. The 11-story building's roster includes Pacificare, Mesa Airlines and FDIC.
