The buyer of record, DAB LLC, structured a seller-financed deal for 4814 S. 35th St., according to Andrew Markham, a senior associate with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC who brokered the transaction. "The building was on the market just one week before DAB showed interest in it," he tells GlobeSt.com, adding the buyer was the only offer for the building. "They were neighbors and they needed more space so it was a good solution." He says Filtemp Properties, which operated a water filtration company at the location, decided to sell the real estate after the business was sold and relocated.
