DK Realty Partners managing member Paul G. Demik suggests the property on 14 acres at 1820, 1830 and 1840 Delany Rd. can be converted to its original intended use—condominiums. The company also suggests the complex could be converted to senior housing. The units range from 650-sf one-bedroom apartments to 1,100-sf two-bedroom apartments. The complex also includes a smaller, 950-sf two-bedroom model.
The complex is about 20 years old, and was most recently renovated in 1996, according to Schaumburg-based DK Realty Partners. Current owners expect the property to generate nearly $1.3 million in gross income this year.
