Government Agency Signs for 84,000 SF in Empty Office Asset

ROCKVILLE, MD-A vacant 125,000-sf office building gets a big boost in its occupancy level with the National Institutes of Health signing on for 84,000 sf of space. The building at 2115 E. Jefferson St. had been home to Manugistics Inc.

ROCKVILLE, MD-The National Institutes of Health has made what was an empty 125,000-sf office building at 2115 E. Jefferson St. nearly full with its recent signing of a lease for 84,000 sf.

NIH’s commitment to taking on the space for its Office of Financial Management and Human Resources comes three years into the office facility’s vacancy, which was prompted by the relocation of demand and supply chain solutions provider Manugistics Inc.
