Other factors for the move included providing a convenient location for both clients and employees, says Kris Neuman of Superior Mortgage. "When we looked for new office space we wanted a very professional and appealing look for our clients and our employees," Neuman says.

Mark Moore and Cory Miller of Griffin Cos., based in Minneapolis, represented Superior Mortgage; United Properties based in Bloomington, represented the owners. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Superior Mortgage is a mortgage broker providing services nationwide, although their expertise is in Minnesota since moving here from Virginia three years ago. They have two other Twin Cities branches in Brooklyn Park and in Downtown Minneapolis. Superior Mortgage has about 50 employees in the Twin Cities.
