Superior Mortgage Moves to Prairie Lakes

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-The mortgage broker signs a 9,095-sf lease at the Prairie Lakes Corporate Center. Griffin represented Superior in the lease, while United Properties represented the owners.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Superior Mortgage recently moved into 9,095 sf of office space at Prairie Lakes Corporate Center at 11000 Prairie Lakes Dr. Superior Mortgage says the primary reason for the move was a need for expansion.

Other factors for the move included providing a convenient location for both clients and employees, says Kris Neuman of Superior Mortgage. “When we looked for new office space we wanted a very professional and appealing look for our clients and our employees,” Neuman says.
