The Oakbrook-based REIT paid $4.3 million for the Pratt Avenue building, which includes 6.3 acres, in late 2003. The most recent deal was financed by a $3.6-million mortgage from Foster Bank, according to property records.

NAI Hiffman senior associate Eric Tresslar and executive vice president Lawrence R. Much, SIOR handled negotiations Astronics in both of its deals. Ron Behm of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented CenterPoint Properties Trust.

In an unrelated deal, Dynasty International Forwarding paid $75 per sf for a 10,000-sf building at 1601 Brummel Ave., relocating from 2301 Touhy Ave. Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International vice president Theresa Gleason, CCIM, represented Gerali Custom Design, the sellers of the property, in negotiations with Lisa Buncic of Owen Wagener.
