Noble Carpenter, Guy Hollis and Robert Orr will form the real estate services company's international capital group, reporting to to Tony Horrell, who is in charge of Jones Lang LaSalle's European capital markets group. Carpenter is a senior leader in the Americas capital markets group, who has been involved in more than $7 billion in deals since 1997. Hollis is the company's country head of China. Orr, who joins the new international capital group in July, has been European chief executive officer since 1998. The group will target deals of $100 million or more.

"The new group – a first for Jones Lang LaSalle and, we believe, for the sector--will help secure our position as leader in this extremely important global market," says president and chief executive officer Colin Dyer, who fills in on the company's European business board until Orr's replacement is chosen.

"This move reflects my wish to spend more time working directly with clients and developing business," Orr says. "After seven years as European CEO, I am now ready for a new challenge."
