Thalhimer had secured the likes of Sears, Roebuck & Co., which committed to a 33,600-sf space, and Sihl Inc., which is the lead tenant with 43,200 sf.
International Paper Co. makes its home in a 38,400-sf space. EGL Eagle Global Logistics LP and Select Stone International LP occupy 33,600 and 19,200 sf, respectively.
